Inside the game
THE QUICK INTRODUCTION
What’s it all about?
Halls of Torment combines the appearance of an older action RPG with the pressure of surviving a swelling crowd. You steer a hero through enemies, collect experience and choose improvements while attacks do much of their work around you. That leaves your attention on spacing, priorities and how the build is developing.
Its equipment and character options give repeated attempts more direction than simply hoping for a stronger roll. A useful question is whether your next choice solves the run’s current weakness or only makes an existing strength larger. The atmosphere is grim, but the structure suits players who want arcade survival with RPG-flavoured progression. Mobile Premium and free-to-play versions should be distinguished before purchase.
