What’s it all about?
Hi-Fi RUSH gives Chai’s improvised rock-star adventure a musical clock. Machinery, animation and combat move to a shared beat, while a robot arm and a growing group of allies supply the means to challenge a corporation. Landing attacks in time improves the rhythm of a fight without turning the whole game into a scrolling note chart.
The useful distinction is between knowing a combo and delivering it cleanly. Simple attacks give you room to listen, then partner calls and defensive moves add more to coordinate. Its animated presentation suits players who want an action game with a lighter tone, although keeping time still asks for concentration. Start with the rhythm aids if finding the beat is unfamiliar.
