THE QUICK INTRODUCTION

What’s it all about?

Oxygen Not Included makes survival a network of connected systems. Duplicants need breathable air and practical facilities, but a solution in one area can create trouble elsewhere through waste, heat or resource consumption. Digging farther is therefore a decision about what the colony can support, not simply how much space is available.

The appealing part is tracing a problem back through that network. An empty pipe or overheated room usually has a reason worth understanding before you add another machine. Players who like experimentation and technical-looking systems will find a rich colony puzzle here. Expand slowly enough to recognise what changed when an apparently stable setup begins to fail.
