Pokémon GO connects its map to the places around you. Finding Pokémon, visiting nearby points of interest and working on collection goals can give a familiar walk a different focus. It is a location-based game, so a suitable device, connection and local availability affect the experience.
You do not need to understand every battle system immediately. Practise catching first, learn which resources you are spending and choose a manageable goal for each outing.
