Fallout Shelter makes you responsible for a small community beneath the wasteland. Rooms provide essential resources, and each resident has strengths that can make a job easier. The growing cutaway view is appealing, but its real challenge is keeping the population and production in balance.
Expand when the Vault can support more people, not simply because another room is available. Equipment and training help residents handle their jobs and the dangers beyond the door. Sending someone into the wasteland offers a change of pace, but a stable home gives those expeditions a better foundation.
