Honkai: Star Rail gives you time to consider your next move without removing the pressure of a difficult battle. Team roles, enemy weaknesses and the order in which you spend abilities all shape an encounter. Between fights, story locations provide characters to meet and spaces to investigate.
A balanced early team makes the systems easier to understand than a collection chosen only for damage. Read what each skill costs and consider who will support the next turn. It is a continuing RPG with optional purchases and changing events; you can learn its core battle rhythm without basing your plan on a limited-time character.
